As an experienced and commercially minded health and safety practitioner, Andrew has the ability to communicate and understand the requirements of diverse business needs and converse at all levels. Previous experience has been gained across a variety of sectors including construction and housing, with the proven ability to develop policies and procedures to OHSAS 18001 standard and assist in attaining various company accreditations, including CHAS, Achilles, EXOR and Constructionline.
Andrew has also played a significant role in business development for clients, assisting in bid submissions to include overall bid management and the writing of bid method statements for quality sections of bids. Success has been enjoyed securing a number of local authority contracts that has generated business for principal contractor clients and the sub-contractor supply chain.
Joe is a resourceful, flexible, innovative, and professional Health and Safety Advisor with experience and knowledge of both commercial and residential developments and sound knowledge across multiple industries. His expertise and experience includes providing advice and guidance on compliance to clients in the construction, leisure, manufacturing, transport and corporate sector.
Joe has just completed the NVQ Level 5 in Health & Safety Management and will next be working on progression towards CMIOSH status. He possesses excellent client facing skills and the ability to provide flexible solutions to clients in a commercially friendly yet compliant way, ensuring processes and procedures are formulated and implemented to meet health and safety requirements. This includes bespoke H&S Policies, fire risk assessments, accident investigations, site inspections, risk assessments and method statements, HSE liaison and assistance in attaining various industry recognised accreditations including CHAS, EXOR, Safe Contractor and OHSAS 18001.

With a consultancy and contracting background Jeff has provided valuable business health, safety and risk management solutions to many different industries including: Construction, Manufacturing, Retail, Government and Water Treatment.
After initial education Jeff continued his career through continuing his professional development and studying Health and Safety and he wrote articles about the effects error management is having on behavioral change. His primary motivation and objective was to the development of a safety first attitude across businesses that’s activities carried a level of high risk.
His philosophy and main consideration is to develop and encouragement of safety and cost whilst at the same time identifying the effects error management is having on behavioral change.
His experience lies primarily within the construction and facilities management industry. Providing corporate blue chip clients with sound advice and guidance on the cost-effective delivery of projects, health and safety compliance and other related legislation.
He has proven to have great presentation skills and enjoys providing training to business workforces on several topics which include; CDM Regulations and duty holder compliance, Corporate Manslaughter, Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order, Working at Heights, Asbestos Awareness and many more….
